We were out too today, and nary a skeeter. Now, though, it's not as warm and sunny as earlier. We have only seen 2 dragonflies since yesterday, so fogging worked, I guess.

    Could meet at the splash-park.

    Mr. P,

I think I was you riding your bike once down Main Street, last time I was in town. You stopped to piss on the Starland theatre, when it was still there to piss on.

    Was that you?

No, that was me pissing on the Starland theatre. I didn't think anyone could see me.

He was trying out a new version of FRT foot rapid transit. One thing is for sure, he'll get to his destination alot faster this way.

No kidding! Just got back home, after running several errands. Uh, no not JOGGING, but walking, which is what we usually do. From Grove Street in NPD to the health science centre on Sherbrook....walked there and didn't come across ONE bus driving down(William). And it's not the first time either. sheesh, if I can walk with 2-3 kids (and they ain't all that fast) and not meet a bus...that's sad. Who needs busses :-)

Still need to jog, though. Walking with kids, going to the playground, even all through the day, isn't exercise (man, they're slow ;-) ) ....but it's sure tiring.

If you do start jogging I highly recommend doing the walk/jog thing.... who cares if you start out walking for 5 mins then jogging for 15 seconds... it's a start and you'll work your way up. Plus it's easier on your knees. I was jogging 12 km four times a week on a regular basis and loved it. I started out walking most of 10 km's and worked my way up from there. It didn't take long.

Walking is excellent exercise. I'm going to consider doing some soon.
