I deal with consultants in another city who send me anywhere from 1 to 10 GB of data at a time. However, because that's too much for our e-mail systems to handle, they rather archaically send CDs and flash drives to us by courier, which takes much longer than I'd like.

Can anyone recommend a good, reliable and secure online storage site? One where, ideally, we could share a userid and password and upload/download to our heart's delight?

I've never used one before but I've heard they are out there...I would appreciate any recommendations.

I use MediaFire.com when sending files to/from clients but I am unsure if it could handle your file sizes.

    Thanks, Maxed.

It might work for me - the file sizes tend to veer toward the lower end of the scale and I'm pretty sure they could be broken into 100 MB chunks if necessary.

I don't think Lavalife did file storage.
I thought they just let you know people are waiting to meet you.

My only concern is signing up for a year and then having the company just fold up the tent...I was hoping for a recommendation of a reputable place (i.e. reliable and secure).

IDrive shows up in the google ads, and there is also adrive...both look promising.

Maybe Google is telling me something.
Maybe I shouldn't tell my wife there are 17 people waiting for me @ Lavalife.

You may find what you want with a web hosting service. There are lots of them out there at pretty reasonable rates.
