Posted By: Zwiksterwhy dont you just share the link? Why are YOU allowed to view it? Are you her mother?

No, I'm not her mother. I was able to view it because I am good at internet sleuthing and it was public so ANYONE could view it. I won`t post the link because it wouldn`t be the right thing to do. If you happen upon it by yourself then you can view it too.
Just so you guys know the police monitor the local messageboards, even New Winnipeg. So posting something to identify a young offender isn't the smartest thing to do. See the Youth Criminal Justice Act under section 110. You're not supposed to identify a young offender in ANY way cause it's the law, whether you agree with it or not. So with that being said why are people still asking for the link to be posted? Seems like a no brainer to me. You can debate it all you want but unless the law changes suck it up. I hate censorship just as much as the next guy but the mods on New Winnipeg have to protect themselves and the board from potential legal trouble. I've been contacted myself by a detective and a lawyer in the past 2 years giving me a friendly warning to remove certain things relating to discussion about court cases on Winnipeg Punks.
Hate to say it, but Starblubber is correct. This is not the place to exchange this information publically. At least not on this specific issue.
Now if bandwidth restrictions and other such fun stuff of a technical nature were on the table and it threatened the status quo operating costs of this site, I'm sure the mods would be interested.
But as far as this subject goes, it's not their place to have to run the risk.
I'd love the information to put on my blog if at all possible - not for the sake of identifying a minor, but for the sake of identifying a web site with content. Again, internet is not to be treated as a publication. I think you will see that you cannot treat something so fluid with such rigorous technological ignorance.
Although again, I reiterate, I'd do it on my blog. Not here.
