    Mine does and it's very annoying

    Hilarious. It's what cat's do. They also walk under your feet. Stick their bums in your face in bed. Bestest pets IMO.

    hehe.. not her.. but one of her kittens was addicted to it.. would sit on the keyboard or on the back of the couch right by my shoulder the entire time I was on teh computer.

    Mine sits on my lap while I'm on the computer...or she'll walk up and sit down on the newspaper while I am trying to read it. Cats are great!

    Mine's taken to the tower case. It's on the floor beside the desk. Hops up, then proceeds to serenade either me or my woman.

    one of my cats always wants to sleep on the keyboard while i type.

    the other can't be bothered.

    Yearning for your attention. Besides that, it has been suggested that cats sense negative energy from Computers and opt to discourage owners from using them.

    My cat Jake insists on sitting on my lap while I type, does not like the keyboard or desktop at all. Speaking of cats the cat I had as a youngster loved climbing onto the porch roof, when someone came to the door she would leap down onto the unsuspecting person. Had many near heart attacks at the front door.

    mine used to love running across the piano at night. Also would love taking piano lessons when you were playing.

    My youngest cat, Morrigan, likes to lie in ambush behind the cereal boxes on top of my fridge... waiting for someone to pass by within striking distance.

    My cat seems to love hopping on my lap [while I'm at the keyboard] after she's taken a poop. Is this normal feline behavior??

    yep
    She is showing off for you that she "went" properly. And may even be looking for her "mother" (you) to clean her off.
