By far the best is Bothwell's Black Truffle. I never used to like cheese and that stuff turned me. (Like bacon can turn a vegetarian :))
Otherwise I like a smoked gruyere or smoked gouda. The newest cheese for me is camembert - with digestive cookies and grapes. Mmm. A nice light "dessert".
Did you hear the one about the lady who wanted to buy a nice gift tray of cheeses as a hostess gift on her way to a dinner party?
The deli owner looked really confused, went in the back of the shop for 10 minutes and came back out, saying " I'm sorry, all I could find was this tray with a picture of the Last Supper"
