St. Agur Blue Cheese. Apparently they carry it at DeLuca's.

It is a very creamy (spreadable) and relatively mild blue cheese.

What kind of Brie? There are many different varieties.
  1.
Bothwell Smoked Gouda, Bothwell Havarti, and failing that, mild cheddar.

By far the best is Bothwell's Black Truffle. I never used to like cheese and that stuff turned me. (Like bacon can turn a vegetarian :))

Otherwise I like a smoked gruyere or smoked gouda.
The newest cheese for me is camembert - with digestive cookies and grapes. Mmm. A nice light "dessert".

    Awwww, who cut the cheese?

Did you hear the one about the lady who wanted to buy a nice gift tray of cheeses as a hostess gift on her way to a dinner party?

The deli owner looked really confused, went in the back of the shop for 10 minutes and came back out, saying " I'm sorry, all I could find was this tray with a picture of the Last Supper"
