I know it's traditional not to use lettuce, but I like it. Lots of olives, chopped cucumbers, good tomatoes and real goat feta are the only other ingredients I use.

No onions. I'm not a big fan of raw onions. But I will add zucchini sometimes. Fennel works well too, but it's not very Greek.
For home-made salad dressing, this is one of the best I've found. What's in that Greek Salad Dressing?
But the President's Choice Mediterranean Vinaigrette is actually pretty good. :)
Posted By: EastSider I also want to check out that new provincial park in the Pembina hills, never been yet but if it is where I think it is they'll have some awesome views of the valley.I've been there once, and it was quite a neat park. Really small, as all is consists of is a series of looped trails. But great views and a fun outing for the day/afternoon.

Never been done before and when, something like 20 other pilots tried it on a computer, they all crashed.
