    Well, not quite.

It is part of a movie set. It was on CTV tonight.

So all you would be Harold and Kumar's... no dice.

Did they mention what movie it was for or who is starring in the movie?

Nope. Sorry, they didn't. We get very little information on movies shooting in the city nowadays.

Good -- the open celebrity stalking (hello Lindor Reynolds) when a big name comes through town makes the city look rather... immature.

I went to White Castle in the states and my god are those patties ever sick. They are mushy like dog food! They are 'steam grilled' and the buns are like wonder bread...

Err, that isn't what White Castle used to be, but you would have to go back a lot of years to know that. In fact it has been said that Ralph Erwin who founded the Salisbury House (he was from the US and was familiar with the White Castle chain of restaurants) modelled the original Sals on the White Castle idea.
When you get down to it Sal's is nothing like it used to be either. They sort of turned it into a fearsome thing.

Speaking of movies being shot here, looks like they're shooting something at the top of my street (Kilbride at Main). I'm off to take a few pics...

White Castle food is inedible. It makes Sals look like 529.
