I would.. but since the city does not seem to care about even convering it up... why would the police care to arrest them?

Any newspaper types out there want to do a story on graffitti and how the city does not clean up its own buildings?

Maybe on newer stucco, but mine is way too old and brittle for a power washer. Even the paint roller was causing pieces to fall off.

Have you actually tried "TSW2 Multi-Master"?

If it's stucco, paint is always the cheaper option.
But if you don't feel like painting the whole place try TSW3 Mason Master - it's designed for brick and concrete surfaces.

Actually it's based on the chemical: "2-pyrrolidone” Not a petroleum based product/solvent..
Like I said it's a good idea to have gloves, safety glasses, and a respirator to block mist from blowing into your face.
Once you see what it does to paint you'll want to put on the protective wear.
